Collaboration with Research Groups at Boise State (under construction)

CMG (Computational Math and Geoscience): Our main area of interest is computational aspects in geophysical and hydrological computing. Currently we are focusing our efforts in understanding parameter uncertainty in inverse problems. We hold a weekly meeting to discuss various aspects of inverse theory, data assimilation, appraisal analysis and better ways of obtaining noise statistics. Members of this group are:

Bill Clement (CGISS)

Tom Clemo (CGISS)

Jodi Mead (Mathematics)

Leming Qu (Mathematics)

Partha Routh (Geoscience/CGISS)

CGISS (Center for Geophysical Investigation of Shallow Subsurface): I collaborate with CGISS group on problems related to inverse problems in hydrogeophysics and electromagnetic problems in subsurface characterization. More details of the research areas can be found on the CGISS web site.
